Harsh Vijay is a Senior Research SDE at Microsoft Research India working at the intersection of human–computer interaction and AI‑powered experiences. Previously, Harsh helped build data foundations at Microsoft’s C+AI organization (IDC), working on a data catalog (now Microsoft Purview) and reusable ML services experience that anchors his pragmatic approach to scalable research engineering.
