Olga is a Principal Research Scientist in Azure SQL Database. Her interests include distributed systems and big data analytics. Since she joined Microsoft in 2018, she focused on Proactive Resource Allocation and Reusable AI Infrastructure. Prior joining Microsoft, she received PhD in computer science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, US, in 2017. Her dissertation focused on Event Trend Analytics. She received Diploma (MS-equivalent) in computer science from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Germany, in 2009.
