Patrick Xia

About

Patrick is a researcher on the Copilot Tuning team focused on fine-tuning, search, and retrieval. On previous teams at Microsoft, he worked on personalization, data generation, and agentic memory. He obtained his PhD (2022) from Johns Hopkins University and completed his undergraduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
