Portrait of Ryota Tomioka

Ryota Tomioka

Hi! I am a researcher in the machine intelligence and perception group since November, 2015. I was a research assistant professor at Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago and before that I was a assistant professor at Department of Mathematical Informaticsthe University of Tokyo.

I am interested in both theory and application of (any mix of) machine learning, tensor decomposition, and neural networks. You can find materials from my recent talk at MLSS Kyoto here.

My personal webpage can be found here.
