Design aspects are essential factors to make visualizations, slides, or documents more effective and more compelling. However, creating good designs is generally never an easy task for information workers, which often requires professional skills and tremendous time. We aim to leverage AI and ML to democratize creativity efforts and lower the barriers for general users to generate informative, creative, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Design capabilities are available in a variety of Microsoft products (e.g., PPT, Word, Excel, PBI). Our technology can infuse design intelligence into these products to enhance design usability, increase productivity, and enable users can create well-designed contents effectively and efficiently.
