This was an invite-only workshop.
In recent years, large language models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence have made remarkable strides in a variety of tasks such as improving question answering, natural language understanding, and machine translation. These new technologies are now beginning to change the way we work and create rippling effects throughout the economy.
Following the success of the AICE Fall 2023 workshop, focused on AI and cognition, this May gathering explored how artificial intelligence is transforming workflows, labor markets, and the economy. By forging connections and fostering collaboration, we intend to pave the way for a network dedicated to sharing insights and shaping the future landscape of work.
