I am currently a researcher at machine learning group, Microsoft Research Asia.  I received my Ph.D. degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2017, supervised by Prof. Khaled B. Letaief, and the B.Eng. degree in electronic information engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2013.
