Speaker Details
Ritesh Madan is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, and a Sequoia Capital Stanford Graduate Fellow. He received the M.S. degree from Stanford University in 2003, and the B. Tech. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Bombay in 2001, both in Electrical Engineering. He has also held visiting research positions at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs (MERL), MA, and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai, India. His research interests include wireless communications, network information theory, optimization, and control theory.
